Another month, another Shira release.

After releasing private quizzes last month, we're expanding on the new feature with two major improvements: more detailed Results and bulk user upload.

More detailed Results

The main point of private quizzes is that you can see how well your learners are doing on your quizzes and follow their progress over time. This way, you can know who needs extra support or who is ready to level up to more complex phishing quizzes.

This is why we just added more detailed Results– the information about how your learners did on a given quiz. You already had access to some high-level Results:

  • Number of completed quizzes: the number of quizzes that have been completed by learners.
  • Completion rate: the percentage of learners who have submitted the quiz out of all the learners assigned this quiz.
  • Average score: the average score received by all learners who took this quiz.

And from now on, you can also see:

  • Results by question: the average score that all your learners received for each question of the quiz
  • Results by learner: the individual score received by each learner on the quiz

Those are already accessible in your Shira space--nothing for you to do! And if there are other metrics you would like to see added to Results, get in touch here or reply to this email with your ideas!

Bulk user upload

Now that you have Private Quizzes, you may want to invite your team or partners to your Shira space. But what if your team is made of dozens or hundreds of people? Inviting each one-by-one won't quite work. Worry not: you can now upload large number of users at once.

Just head to the Learners section and select "import learners in bulk". From there, you'll be able to upload a spreadsheet with all your learners. You can upload up to 1,000 learners at once! And similarly to when you invite an individual learner, you'll be able to see who has accepted your invitation to the Space and who needs a nudge.

Once they are registered, they are ready to be assigned their first quiz!

What's next

This was our last release before public launch! We're now working on polishing a few last things before we announce the launch of Shira 2.0. When we do, anyone will be able to sign up for Shira and immediately start using it to train their team–without having to rely on us to create or manage their account!

But of course, even after the release of Shira 2.0, we'll continue adding new features and making improvements--so as always, let us know if there is anything you want us to prioritize.
