I hope you all had a good start to the year.
In my last email I mentioned we aimed to have this table full of ✔️. With the release of Tella Android 2.14.0 and Tella iOS 1.13.0 and thanks to a lot of hard work from our development teams, here is our updated table 🥳:
Google Drive, Nextcloud and Dropbox are now fully supported on Tella Android and Tella iOS. We’ve added information about how to connect to any backend server in our documentation. If you have any feature request, experience any bugs or need support with new connections (or with the existing ones Tella Web, Uwazi and ODK), contact us!
But that’s not all—we’ve also added Bengali 🇧🇩 support. With Bengali, Tella is now accessible in 18 languages. If you would like to contribute to increasing Tella's language accessibility, please reach out to our friends at Localization Lab who will guide you on how to get started.
What's next?
- Updating Tella Android FOSS to make all new features available in the Tella version on F-Droid store.
- Editing videos inside Tella's encrypted container for iOS.
- We've started a new project to assess Tella's usability and accessibility needs. This means we'll be doing a lot of bug-fixing and small improvements soon. We will keep you posted here!
