Hi there!
Since our launch of Shira 2.0 in May, we've added a lot of new features to make the app more useful and more effective. Below are some highlights, but before we dive in: we are currently planning our roadmap for the coming year and we'd love your input! Please take this 5-minute survey to tell us what you like about Shira, what's missing, and what you want to prioritize in the coming year!
Now, to the latest features and improvements in Shira:
Start training in minutes with Templates
You no longer have to build every quiz from scratch. A new library now has complete, ready-to-use quizzes as well as ready-to-use questions you can pull into your quizzes. Those are called Templates. You can search templates by keyword, language, or app, copy one into your Space, and use it as-is or adjust it to match your specific needs. This means that if you don't have the time, capacity, or knowledge to build your own quiz, just grab a template from the library, publish it, and send it to your learners!

The library is also open to community contributions: any Space owner can submit a question or quiz they’ve built, and each template shows its author, so you can filter for content from people and organizations you trust. To submit your own templates, head to your space, select your quiz or question, and simply click "Submit as template".
Your Shira space, in your language
Shira Spaces are now available in Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese (Simplified) and Arabic. Arabic is properly displayed in a true right-to-left interface, so Arabic and future right-to-left languages read the way they should.
We have more languages coming soon, but in the meantime, if your language is missing and you want to help translating Shira, get in touch!
Know where your team really stands
A new "assessment mode" lets learners take a quiz without feedback between questions. This means that, contrary to regular quizzes, learners don't learn from one answer and apply it to the next, so the results give a more honest picture of each person’s skills.
Assessment mode is perfect to measure your team's readiness at the beginning and end of a training program, or at a regular interval to assess progress!

Many more improvements
We made many smaller improvements, including:
- Import and export: you can save questions and quizzes as files to back them up, move them between Spaces, or share them without publishing to the library.
- Disable Results: you can turn off quiz analytics in Space settings to collect as little data as possible about your learners.
- Multiple admins: Enterprise Spaces can have several admins, each with their own account. Reach out to set it up!
- Updated Gmail simulation: it matches Gmail’s latest look to ensure realistic simulations.

Updated pricing
We also updated our pricing structure. No more usage-based pricing; now, Shira Pro costs a flat 100 USD per month. Simple, straightforward, and transparent!
But of course, if this is rate is prohibitive for you, please let us know about your use case and we'll be happy to ensure Shira is accessible to you and your community 🫶
We have more exciting features coming up next month, so stay tuned! And remember to take a few minutes to fill this short survey to help us improve Shira.
Cheers,
Raphael from the Shira team
