We're moving fast on the development of Shira so we thought we'd share some updates!
What's new in the latest version?
In case you missed it, we recently rolled out an update with new features and UX improvements. Shira now includes:
- Spaces: Manage quizzes and see results in one place.
- Customizable quizzes & questions: Create as many quizzes as you like, with questions tailored to your team’s needs.
- Question library: Pick from 50 ready‑made questions, or edit them to suit your scenario.
- Explanations: Add short text inside a question to hint at whether it looks like a phishing attack or a legitimate message.
- Six realistic apps: View questions as they would appear in Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger, or a dating app.
- Results dashboard: Quickly see how learners performed.
We also published a help center where you can find some guidance on Shira features, release notes, and more. We'll be localizing both Shira and the help center in the coming months.
Even though Shira is still in beta, it’s stable and already being used in training workshops and cybersecurity awareness programs. If you want to get started, just reply to this email or reach out to anyone at Horizontal and we’ll get you set up!
What’s coming next?
Since the last release, we’ve been hard at work on our most‑requested feature: private quizzes. These will let you create quizzes that only registered users in your space can access, making it easier to track individual progress and keep any identifiable information within your organization. Expect this available in your Space around the end of January!
